Who We Are
Newly established in 2022, Florida CARES is a volunteer group of caring and concerned residents of Florida who gather peacefully, sharing the same ideals and vision, while working together to establish a new way of self-governance under Natural Law. Our initiative is to advocate greater self-government while working in accordance with the local, county, state and national levels of government, to implement the Global Restoration Plan instituted by the Global Repository of
the World Trust.
We have consciously chosen to assemble and bring to life our innate abilities to consciously restore and empower our country. As sovereign citizens of Florida, we declare to honor, empower, encourage and sustain our individuality and entrepreneurial essence through the Laws of Nature, God-given Rights, the pursuit of Life, Liberty and Happiness, promoting an inclusive voice of the people to self-govern our lives.
Our amazing Volunteer team is located all over Florida. We are the change we want to see. Come join us!
Our mission & VISION
OUR MISSION: Initiate restoration projects that will include, but not limited to: a holistic health care system, clean water solutions, affordable housing for all, an education system that enhances talents and skills, a non-GMO and secure food supply, and regenerative farming and agriculture.
OUR VISION: To elevate the wellbeing of Florida citizens in sundry; based on the needs in specific areas, from basics amenities to major infrastructures projects with utmost transparency and accountability based on the tenets of the Global Restoration Plan.

We invite you to reach out to like-minded Sovereigns who also have a deep desire to make changes in this world and in their beautiful of Florida! With the help of the Florida Sunshine State de jure Assembly you can make substantial and lasting changes in your community and beyond. Exercising our right of assembly, we objectively formulate policies, identify beneficial projects, allocate resources and implement innovative plans in a professional and timely manner.
